5 1/2 cups whole milk
1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
or 1 1/2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
3 Tbsp chopped onion
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp flour
2 cups grated Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk in large saucepan till it simmers. Cook broccoli and onions in milk until tender. Melt butter in small saucepan and stir in flour. Add to milk and cook and stir 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add grated cheese and salt. Stir until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

Note: Don't leave on burner after adding cheese or it may curdle.
