6 pork chops (or chicken breasts) -- whole or in pieces
1 Tbsp oil
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion - fine
1 egg
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning (opt)
2 cans refrigerated biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in oil. Place in ungreased 9x13 pan. Combine soup, celery, onion, egg, and seasoning. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Stir into soup mixture. Spoon over meat. Bake 45-50 min at 350º.
