16 oz Hash Browns
8-10 Eggs
1 tsp Dry Mustard
2 cups Milk
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Onion
1 1/2 cups Cheese

Can add:
Sausage
Ham
Bacon
Broccoli
Mushrooms, etc
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with milk and dry ingredients. Place frozen hash browns in greased 9x13 pan and pour egg mixture on top. Add desired toppings and cheese. Suggest preparing the night before and letting casserole rest overnight. Bake at 40-50 minutes at 350ºF.
