1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and bring to a boil in pan. Boil for 2 minutes. Cool to luke warm. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat till smooth.
