2 c sugar
2 c corn syrup
3 c whipping cream
2/3 c sweetened condensed milk
1 c pecans (optional)
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cream and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.

In a separate saucepan, cook sugar and corn syrup until it spins a thread.

Pour cream mixture into sugar/syrup mixture very slowly. Stir constantly and maintain boil until it reaches 250º on a candy thermometer.

Add vanilla and pour out mixture into a well greased 7" baking tin.

When setting, mark with well greased knife and break into squares when cold.
