1 (15 oz) can Hormel Chili
1 lb. ground beef
18 corn tortillas
1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, drain. Heat chili in saucepan, add 1 Tbsp. to meat and stir. Put small amount in 13x9 pan and spread across the bottom. Heat corn tortillas, one at a time in small amount of oil, drain on paper towel. Roll ground beef in tortillas, place seam side down in pan. Spread remaining chili on top of enchiladas, top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 º until cheese is melted.
