1 head lettuce
1 c. green onions, sliced thin
1 c. celery, sliced thin
1 c. green pepper, sliced thin
1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 pkg. frozen English peas
2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
4 oz. mozzarella cheese
½ c. parmesan cheese, grated
Cherry tomatoes
Bacon bits
Chopped Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Shred lettuce and place in 13x9 pan. Top with layers of onion, celery, bell pepper, sliced water chestnuts and parsley. Sprinkle with layer of frozen peas, uncooked; spread with layer of mayonnaise. Mix sugar, salt and pepper, sprinkle on top. Add layers of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate 24 hours. Garnish with tomatoes, bacon bits and parsley.
