1 (8 oz.) bowl Cool Whip
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
3 oz. pkg. orange gelatin
Half of a 10.5 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 (11 oz.) can of mandarin oranges, drained well, but save juice
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate

Directions:

Combine Cool Whip and sour cream until smooth. Stir in gelatin until well mixed. Blend in marshmallows. Add pineapple and mandarin oranges. Stir gently until well combined. Add frozen orange juice concentrate. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Test consistency. If too thick, add some of the mandarin orange juice.
