1 1/2 pound ground chuck
1 - 6 ounce package small noodles
1/4 pound grated cheese (4 oz) American or Cheddar
1 cup sour cream
1 small box of cottage cheese
1 3 ounces package of Cream Cheese
6 green onions (use sometimes)

1 clove crushed garlic or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 can tomatoes with chili peppers
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp basil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Add ingredients beginning with clove crushed garlic.
Cover and cook 20 minutes. Chop onions and mix with cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese.
Cook noodles in salted water and drain.
Line bottom of 9 X 13 baking dish with noodles. Spread with 1/2 of cream cheese mixture, then half of meat. Repeat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to over until it melts.
