5 pounds hen (Boiled tender) chopped
1 can of tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chopped celery
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
3 tablespoons fat
1 pound velveeta or Cheddar cheese
1 package spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Saute in skillet peppers, onion, celery, garlic (can add more)
Add chili powder, salt, pepper, paprika, soups and mushrooms.
Simmer for 20 minutes.

Cook spaghetti and grate cheese.

Put chopped chicken into soup mixture and mix with spaghetti.
Add at least 1 cup chicken broth..

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Put cheese on last 15 minutes.

This succulent casserole was given to Helen by her niece, Lyn. It was served as the main dish at her wedding shower in Texas. It has been enjoyed by the Cates family for over two decades.
