Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large egg whites
6 Tbsp vanilla sugar (I used my special, highly concentrated vanilla sugar)
⅛ tsp fine sea salt
⅔ cup white whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1.Plug in and preheat your waffle iron.
2.In a large bowl, stir together the egg whites and vanilla sugar (if you don’t have vanilla sugar, you can add ½ tsp of vanilla extract). Add to that the sea salt, half the flour, and the melted coconut oil. Stir to combine, then stir in the rest of the flour until the batter is smooth.
3.Using a ladle or large cookie scoop, drop blobs of batter onto your hot waffle iron surface. Cook according to manufacturer’s directions (on mine, you go until it stops steaming). Serve immediately with a scoop or two of ice cream.
