1pkg. elk or deer steaks
1/2c. flour
1. cube butter
1/2. c. flour
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1/2 cube of butter into frying pan over medium heat let butter melt and bubbly. Place flour, salt, and pepper into a plastic bag and shake. Then take each thin steak and place into plastic bag and shake. Shake off excess flour and place into frying pan fry until brown on both sides at low heat. You may need to add a small amount of butter as needed. shake extra pepper over meat as it is cooking. Take from pan when done and place on plate that is covered with paper towels .
