4 large baking potatoes, unpeeled
½ c. canola oil
1-2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash unpeeled potatoes and cut lengthwise into 4 wedges. Place skin side
down in 13x9 pan. Combine remaining ingredients, brush over potatoes. Bake at 375 º for 1 hour, brushing oil/cheese mixture over potatoes at 15 minute intervals. Turn potatoes over for last 15 minutes.
