10. eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
7 oz. diced green chili
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 lb. shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. diced ham or cooked sausage

Directions:
Directions:
In a 350º oven, melted butter in a 9 x 13- inch dish. In mixer, beat eggs; add flour. Baking powder and salt. Blend and add, untrained chilies and both cheeses; mix we'll. pour into buttered pan. Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
