4. pork chops
2. cans cream of mushroom soup
1. can crushed pineapple
1. bunch green onions
2. tomatoes
1/2. Lb. cheese grated
1. bell pepper diced

Directions:
Directions:
Salt, pepper and flour pork chops. Place in heated oiled frying pan. Fry pork chops browning on both sides. Mix both cans of cream of mushroom soup with one can of water. Pour over pork chops and let simmer until gravy is a nice golden brown I let simmer in crock pot for several hour. Cook rice as directed. Place rice on dinner plate with pork chop on top of rice. Add small amount of gravy. Add desired garnishments.
