1 lb lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 head lettuce
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
3 med Italian tomatoes, chopped
1/2 pkg taco seasoning
1/2 small jar mild taco sauce
1/2 large bottle Catalina dressing
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 19oz can drained kidney beans
3/4 bag Doritos, crushed up

Directions:
Directions:
Fry ground beef, onion, taco seasoning and salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Drain kidney beans, add to beef mixture. Let cool. In another bowl mix vegetables. Just before serving, mix beef mixture and vegetables, add Catalina dressing, taco sauce, Doritos and cheese.
