3/4 cup onion and
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic

Drain

I can rotel tomotaoes
1 can mushroom soup
1 can all meat Chile, no beans, Hormel
1 pkg Corn Tortillas torn
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Alternate layers in 9 X 13 dish
chips
meat
cheese
repeat layers (2)

Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly.

Serve with salad, rice or black beans.
