Ingredients:
Ingredients:
22 oz. spaghetti sauce (Prego Italian Sausage works best)
30 oz. ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
2 eggs
2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF. Cook noodles in boiling water until they are almost done (if they are too soft, they will fall apart when you are stuffing them with cheese). In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan, eggs, parsley and seasonings. Place noodles on foil and fill them with the cheese mixture.
In a 9x13 dish, pour a small layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom. Place noodles on the sauce and pour the remaining spaghetti sauce over the noodles. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Cover with tin foil and bake for 35 minutes.
