Meat Loaf -
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup oatmeal (uncooked)
1 1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 cup onion

Topping -
1/2 cup catsup
1 T mustard
1 T brown sugar

Directions:
For meat loaf combine all ingredients thoroughly. For topping combine all ingredients and spread over top of meat loaf. Bake at 350 º for about 1 hour.
