2 cans tomato sauce with onions
1 lb jack cheese
1 lb cheddar cheese
3 cans green chili
2 cans (8 oz each) evaporated milk
4 eggs
4 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Use Pyrex casserole dish. First layer is chili and the second layer is cheese. Mix flour with 1 can evaporated milk. Beat eggs then add 2nd can of milk. Pour over chili and cheese mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Pour tomato sauce on top then bake another 15 minutes. Serve.
