6-8 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 stick of cheddar cheese (grated)
2 bunches of scallions cut fine
1 cup cooking sherry (or regular sherry)
salt, pepper to taste

Directions:

Lay chicken breasts in a casserole. Add all other ingredients and mix until chicken is thoroughly coated. Bake at 375 degrees 40 minutes or until done. Serve over rice.
