large brisket
3 bottles of Chili Sauce
2 yellow onions- grated
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup A-1 sauce
4 tbsp parsley
1 clove of garlic (minced)
sliced lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 5 hours low heat at 300 degrees. Remove from oven then cool and refrigerate overnight. Slice then re-bake in juices for another 2 hours at 300 degrees. Serve.
