1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp salt
4 cups flour
2 yeast cakes
1/2 cup sugar
Optional filling-1 #2 can pineapple
Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk and melt butter. Add sugar and salt. When lukewarm add 1/2 of flour and beat well. Then add eggs and beat. Add yeast which was dissolved in water. Add rest of flour and work until shiny in and color and let rise. Put in pans. bake at 350º Optional filling 1 #2 can pineapple.
