1 box Manicotti Pasta partially cooked, drained and cooled

Meat Mixture:
1 lb Hamburger meat
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1/2 small onion chopped finely
3 slices of bread soaked in 1/2 cup milk
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 jar/can spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger, garlic and small onion together in a pan until the hamburger is no longer pink. Drain well. Add meat mixture to the bread mixture and then add 2 cups of the cheese. Mix this all together.

Stuff the manicotti shells with the meat mixture and place in a single layer in a large pan and cover with the spaghetti sauce. Bake covered in a 350º oven for about 1 hour. Then top it with the remaining cheese and return to oven uncovered until cheese is melted and manicotti is bubbling.

Serve hot.
