Custard Base:
1/2 cup Butter
1/4 cup white sugar
5 tbsp baking cocoa
1 tsp salt
1 egg beaten
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Topping:
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp powdered vanilla pudding
2 cups icing sugar

Icing:
4 squares semi sweet chocolate
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place first 5 ingredients of the custard base in a bowl placed in boiling water and stir like custard. Then add the remaining ingredients of the custard base. Spread the mixture in to a greased 8x8 baking pan.

Cream the ingredients for the topping together in a bowl. Once mixed spread over the custard base in the baking pan. Let stand 15 minutes.

Melt the chocolate and butter for the icing and once melted and smooth spread over the top of the squares. Put the squares in the fridge to set (couple of hours). Cut and serve.
