1 lb asparagus, cut into 1/4" slices
1 medium onion, chopped
3 T butter
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 c small cauliflower florets
1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 carrot, cut in 1/8" slices
1 c heavy cream
1/2 c chicken broth
2 t basil
3 oz proscuitto (optional)
5 green onions, chopped
1 c Parmesan
16 oz pkg fettuccine or linguine, cooked per package
S & P

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion & garlic in butter until soft. Add rest of vegetables; cook & stir 2 minutes. Stir in cream, chicken broth & basil; cook 3 minutes. Add proscuitto (if using) and green onion; cook 1 minutes and add S & P to taste.

Toss with cooked pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan.
