3 slices bacon, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 t roasted minced garlic (or 2 cloves, minced)
16 oz greens (collard, turnip, kale, mustard...any combo)
1/2 c chicken broth
Frank's hot sauce
Lawry's
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bacon in large pot over medium heat until fat is rendered. Add onions & garlic and cook until soft. Wash greens and add them to the pot wet (don't dry them on paper towels). Add chicken broth, Frank's to taste and a little Lawry's and pepper. Bring to a boil then cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer greens at least 30 minutes. You may need to add a little more chicken broth if they look dry.
