1/3 cup of steel cut or rolled oats
1/3 cup of milk (soy, skim, almond, 2% - whichever you like most)
1/2 cup of water
1 banana
1/2 tsp. of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Add dried oats, milk, and water into a small saucepan and heat over medium. Slice the banana into very thin pieces into the saucepan. Once the mixture begins to steam or bubble, continuously stir it to give it the whipped texture and allow the bananas to be fully absorbed and melted into the oatmeal. Add the vanilla at the end. Serve with any number of sides...fruit, shredded coconut, peanut butter, nut butters, Greek yogurt, granola, etc.
