1/3 each of beef, veal, and pork
2 egg yolks
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 garlic cloves and 1/2 yellow onion, and parsley very finely diced or use blender
salt, pepper, Italian seasonings and Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk with yolks, add to meat, mix well. Add bread crumbs and seasonings. Let stand 20 minutes. Shape into balls/drop into sauce or freeze.

Mom has many recipes without specific measurements. Just guesstimate on amounts. I thought this recipe sounded good :)
