garlic
green onions
sprouts
wrappers
salt
soy sauce
egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage and drop into boiling water, drain well.
Grind pork fine in blender and saute with garlic in olive oil.
Add green onions, sprouts, cabbage, salt and soy sauce.
Baste wrapper corners with egg white, place ample amount of mixture on lower edge, wrap and fold. Fry in hot oil till golden.
Serve with Duck sauce and hot mustard.
