2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. olive oil
2 T. chopped parsley
1/8 t. crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 c. bottled clam juice or water
2 cans (6 1/2 oz.) chopped clams, drained (reserve liquid)
12 oz. linguine, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook garlic in oil in medium size saucepan just until golden. Stir in parsley, pepper, and clam juice and reserved clam liquid. Cook 3 to 5 minutes to blend flavors and reduce liquid to about 1 cup. Add clams to sauce; heat thoroughly. Toss with hot linguine. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
