24 caramels
1 - 5 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
6 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels and 2 tablespoons of evaporated milk over low heat. In a mixing bowl, combine remains evaporated milk, dry cake mix, and margarine. Mix well; spread half of cake mixture into greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot baked crust. Drizzle caramel mixture on top. Drop remaining cake mixture by teaspoonfuls over all. Put back into over for 20 minutes longer. Cut into bars while still warm.
