1 cup butter at room temperature
2-3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups sour cream
2 cups white flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups pecans, chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons cinnamon

Directions:

Grease and flour Bundt pan. Cream butter and 2 cups of the sugar. Add eggs, blend, and add the sour cream and vanilla, blend. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold dry ingredients into the creamed mixture and beat until just blended. Do not overbeat. Mix remaining ľ cup sugar with pecans and cinnamon. Pour half the batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with half the pecan and sugar mixture. Add remaining better and top with remaining pecan mixture.
