2 eggs 2 Tablespoons sugar
1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon each of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger
1/2 cup pumpkin 1/4 cup salad oil
1and 3/4 cups Bisquik

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in small bowl on high speed for 5 minutes or until thick & lemon colored. Stir in remaining ingredients.Pour batter by Talespoonfuls onto medium-hot ungreased griddle. Bake until puffed & bubbles begin to break. Turn & bake other side until golden brown. About 5 dozen 2 inch pancakes.

Maple Rum Flavored Syrup

Heat 1 cup maple-flavored syrup and 1 Tablespoon butter. Remove from heat ( or microwave); stir in 1/2 teaspoon rum flavoring. Serve warm
