1 can (10 1/2 oz. jalapeno bean dip 2 ripe avacados
3 T mayonnaise 1/2 package taco seasoning
1 T.lemon juice 2 T sour cream
2 oz. grated (or shredded ) cheddar cheese 2 oz. grated ( or shredded) Monterey Jack cheese
2 ripe tomatoes 1 cup ripe olives chopped
1 bunch green onions ( about 8) chopped, inc. tops Corn chips...large Fritos scoops

Directions:
Directions:

In shallow serving dish or pie plate, spread layer of jalapeno bean dip. In small bowl, mash avacados with lemon juice, spread on top of bean dip. Combine taco seasoning, mayonnaise,& sour cream; blend well & spread on top of avacado mixture. Sprinkle cheeses evenly on top of taco mixture. Arrange tomatoes on top of cheeses & sprinkle evenly with green onions. Sprinkle olives on top of all. Chill until serving time. Serve with large Fritos or Fritos scoops.
