Meijer double stuff cookies
One container of vanilla ice cream
One light cool whip
5 - 6 cups frozen strawberries
8-10 oz mini chocolate chips

Set out ice cream and cool whip to soften. Use a blender to crush 2 sleeves of cookies. Press cookies into a 9X13" pan. Chop 3 - 4 cups frozen strawberries in blender into fine pieces. (We used the sliced strawberries.) Stir chopped strawberries into softened ice cream. Add approximately 8 oz mini chocolate chips to ice cream. Spread ice cream carefully on top of crushed cookies. (Cookies will lift up if spreading too forcefully or with too much upward movement.) Chop additional 1 - 2 cups frozen strawberries in blender into fine pieces. Stir chopped strawberries into softened cool whip. Add remaining chocolate chips. Spread cool whip on top of ice cream. Place in freezer and freeze thoroughly before serving.
