2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 small onion, diced
4 eggs
1/4 c bread crumbs
1/4 t each S & P
1/8 t oregano
1/2 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 T parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs & add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Turn into 7 X 11 or 8 X * greased pan. Bake at 325º for 30 mins. Let cool in pan for a few minutes & then cut into 1 inch squares. Serve warm or at room temp.
