3 Cups of sugar
1 Cup of oil
4 Eggs
1 Can of pumpkin (15 oz)
2 and 1/2 Cups of flour
1/2 Tablespoon of baking powder
2 Teaspoon of baking soda
2 Teaspoon of salt
2 Tablespoon of cinnamon
1 Teaspoon of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin well. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt and add to mixture. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and mix well. Divide between 2 loaf pans, greased and floured, fill about half full, and bake at 350 degrees for about 45-50 minutes or thereabout. Cool on racks, then remove from pans and cool. Yummy! (These loaves freeze well so you can eat one now and freeze one for later).
