1 to 1.5 Pounds of boneless chicken breast
1 Can of artichoke hearts
1/2 Cup of mayonnaise
1/2 Cup of granted parmesan cheese
1/2 Teaspoon of garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the artichoke hearts and cut into quarters. Mix artichoke hearts, mayonaisse, cheese and garlic powder together. Cut chicken breast in half and place in a baking dish. Spread mixture over the top of the chicken and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 35-45 minutes. Serve with rice or couscous and green beans or edamame.
