2-6 oz. jars of artichoke hearts marinated (drained & chopped)
4 eggs beaten with a fork
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. liquid garlic (or equivalent garlic clove)
2 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything in a bowl. Pour into greased 7x11 pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes (or until set). Let cool. After cooled, cut into 1” squares. Serve warm (reheat).
