3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup frozen peas
1 - 2 tablespoons of curry
2 cups of cooked, chopped chicken
1 stick cubed pepperoni
pinch of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a dutch oven, or roasting pan with a tight lid, heat olive oil and garlic.
Heat the chicken broth up in the microwave for several minutes and add curry.
Add the heated chicken broth to the pan with olive oil and garlic.
Add chicken, peas, pepperoni, rice and sugar.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes to an hour. Check at 40 minutes to see if the rice is done.
