1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. quick oats, uncooked
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 40-oz. can yams, drained
2 c. fresh cranberries
1/2 cup maple syrup
~25 mini marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1/3 c. grated coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine flour, sugar, oats and cinnamon (and pecans and coconut if used). Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Lightly toss 1 cup crumbs with yams and cranberries. Place in 2-1/2 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture and maple syrup.

Bake covered for 25 minutes; uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Top with mini marshmallows. Place under broiler until lightly browned.
