1 pork tenderloin (1 1/2 pounds)
1 pkg NOH Chinese Barbecue Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup water

If you cannot find the MIx--try making it from scratch with the following ingredients:
2 tablespoons rice wine
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce, or substitute regular soy sauce
2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tablespoon hoisin sauce
½ teaspoon five-spice powder
2 tablespoons honey

Directions:

Marinate pork in Seasoning mix for at least 4 hours; overnight is best. Preheat oven to 350º. Place meat on a rack in a roasting pan and cook for 20 minutes. Turn meat over and cook for another 20 minutes; or until done (40-60 minutes.)
Serve with spicy hot mustard and sesame seeds.
SPICY HOT MUSTARD
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup dry mustard
salt to taste
Mix thoroughly
