1/4 cup hot water
1 package quick rise yeast
1/2 cup sugar
(Mix and set aside)

1/4 cup butter (melted) and beaten with one egg
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
3 1/4 to 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350ºF. Combine yeast mixture with above ingredients.

2. Knead on a floured surface.

3. Put mixture into an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 2-3 hours.

4. Butter a muffin pan. Shape dough into balls, placing three in each muffin cup. Brush tops with butter.

5. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise an hour.

6. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
