1 part UV Coconut Vodka
1 part pineapple juice
Red currants or Thick red reduced simple sugar syrup
Black licorice stick for a swizzle stick.
Directions:
Directions:
Shake UV Coconut Vodka and pineapple juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a martini glass. Garnish the drink with red currants rim the glass with a thick red reduced simple sugar syrup serve with a black licorice stick for a swizzle stick.
