2 lbs liver
2 onions
3 T butter
1 T flour
3 cups cooked grits

Directions:
Directions:
Grind liver and onions. Mix. Cook in skillet in butter. Add a little flour to thicken. Add a little garlic if desired. Serve over cooked grits. Salt and pepper to taste.
