2 Chickens cut up
1/2 C low sodium soy sauce
1/3 C brown sugar
1 C water
1/2 C white wine
1 tsp ginger
2 cloves garlic- minced
2tbsp chop onion

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in pan. Heat remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Allow to marinate for 1 hr cover with foil and put in 375º for 45 min. Uncover turn chicken and bake 1/2 hr at 350º. Juices can be thickened with corn starch. Serve with broccoli and carrots.
