3 Tbsp. Butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 can sliced pineapple
maraschino cherries
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
In iron skillet, melt butter. Add brown sugar and simmer. Add pineapple and place a cherry in each pineapple ring. Mix eggs, sugar, pineapple juice, salt, flour, vanilla, and baking powder together. Pour over pineapple. Bake @ 375º for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350º and bake for 50 minutes. Let cool 10-15 minutes and flip over onto cake plate or baking dish.
