8oz package of cream cheese
1 c crushed pineapple
1 c grated medium cheese
1/4 c chopped pepper
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 c pecan chunks
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients except the pecans together well and form into a ball. Roll the cheese ball in the pecan chunks. Let stand overnight or refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
