1 Cup Water
1/2 Bottle Fruit Pectin (Certo)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine honey and water in a large saucepan. Bring to boiling point.

Stir in pectin and bring to full rolling boil. Boil 1 minute and remove from fire.

Skim.

Pour in hot sterile glasses and seal.
